Brief background
Vision was formed by 2 partners, David Lennox and Matthew Ivers. Since commencement, Vision has grown to a team comprising over 10 staff in Sydney, plus offices in Newcastle and Orange.
Vision submits approx $200-300 million per annum in loan applications with settlement rates currently averaging 90%. With a small home loan writing force that has never exceeded six - we consider this to be an industry leading production efficiency rate.
We are alliance partners with a number of firms in the financial and property related industries. These achievements have culminated in Vision winning the coveted Finance Analysis Services of Australia (FASA) Gun Group Award for 2003 and 2005.
Our business has been built on a wide range of clientele – first home buyers right through to sophisticated investors. These clients have been introduced to Vision through its strong network of referral sources. Over 50% of Vision’s current home loan leads come from existing Vision customers.
Success has come through innovation, dedication and a committed effort from the entire Vision team. We have successfully generated a culture of being passionate about improvement.
We treat all people involved in the lending cycle (staff, borrowers, lenders, solicitors, referral sources etc) as clients.
