Why Lenders Like Us

Vision maintains a very healthy relationship with its lending partners

Treated like customers – It is ingrained in the Vision culture that other mortgage professionals (eg, lenders) are viewed as customers. We treat them with the same care and respect as we do our borrowers.

Welcomed in our office – lenders are welcome in our office. Many of our Relationship Managers are invited to attend either our regular sales meetings or our casual Friday ‘wine downs’.

Openness on the Vision process – we often meet with lenders and other brokers to share ideas. We are very happy to dedicate time to people who ‘brainstorm’ on industry issues.

Attendance at industry functions – most industry functions are attended by a Vision representative – allowing for strong relationships to develop
