After travelling, and working & training with several large international companies, in 2001 I went searching for a sea change and joined Vision as their first office employee. While helping to grow the business my role has been ever changing and now I work 3 days a week – balancing motherhood with a very hectic but rewarding career.
My main responsibilities are:
- Supporting the Partners in all management areas of the business
- Accounts and Brokers commissions
- Office & project management
- HR, training & accreditation
- Always available to assist any of our clients with any queries
Other interests include – reading, design, catching up with friends, but mostly spending time with my young family.
Main aim for 2011 – Implementation of some major projects that will see Vision have its most efficient and productive year yet.
