Prior to opening Vision Newcastle in December 2001 I worked in Management for a variety of retail companies such as Woolworths and McDonalds. I also worked as a financial controller for a private company for 5 years. This experience has given me a very strong desire to excel in customer service.

My 5 main responsibilities are:

  1. Overall management for Newcastle business
  2. Devising Marketing strategies for Newcastle business
  3. Motivating and helping my staff to deliver to clients expectations
  4. Organising loans for my clients
  5. Helping existing clients with wealth creation strategies

Other interests include - My family which includes 3 of our own children and 2 foster children, my church, Basketball and supporting community events

Main Aim for 2011 –To ensure that through natural growth, we offer all our clients service levels that they will rave about.
