I owned and operated my own photography business for 5 years. During this time I enjoyed building relationships with my customers and building systems and processes to ensure they were satisfied throughout the whole business cycle.
By early 2007 I was looking for a change which involved moving from the Southern Highlands to the City. I found that change with Vision in October 2007. Luckily enough I work with a great (often quirky) team who help keep things interesting.
My main responsibilities are:
- Provide exceptional support and service for all our clients obtaining finance.
- To ensure clients feel comfortable with the many stages of the home loan process, from application through to settlement,
- Manage and coordinate, via our Super Back Office division, lenders, solicitors, valuation firms and business partners to ensure proactive communication and expedient financial solutions are maintained and deadlines met.
- Update our central client relation & business partner database, completing various divisional reporting needs and performing detailed property research reports.
- Provide support and valued assistance to all other divisions within Vision.
Other interests include the beach, photography, cooking, coffee, sleeping in and spending as much time as possible with my family and friends.
Main aim for Y2011 – Growing with the Vision team, strengthening and adding to my skills - To continue having fun and be open to try new things – make a start on my plan to travel the world.
